Anas started a business he was really doing because he wanted to make money, like many of us.
He thought it would be easier to start a supplement company, but after really listening to his ideal audience, fellow Muslims who are eating by the halal diet, he realized he actually has to start a food brand.
That brings up so many questions now as the business makes a
major pivot:
What will the product line look like?
How does he position himself as a premium brand and make healthy
margins?
How does he reach this audience and think about some day selling
physical products in retail stores?
Anas has gotten a lot of help from The Capitalism Incubator and this week Ryan talks through these questions with him so he can get back on track on his road to $1 million.
